doors on October 11, 2004, in this glorious
colonial hacienda in the Guanajuato
neighborhood of San Javier.

The hacienda, once owned by Juan de Nepomuceno, features stone walls, fine gardens, white zapote trees planted more than 120 years ago, and even its own little mine.

The warm atmosphere is the ideal complement to the signature cuisine of chef Bricio Domínguez, who personally picks out all of the ingredients that go into every one of his Mexican, Spanish and Mediterranean creations.
