““My cuisine comes from my heart, from those deeply rooted emotions that are inside
every one of us”: Bricio Domínguez.

Later, these childhood "games" would translate into a deep interest in cooking, and, without really realizing it, year by year he was building on something that would turn into his life's passion.
Out of a simple hobby to pass the time came the greatest of adventures.
Bricio began to immerse himself in the world of cooking, making friends with chefs, traveling, going to as many restaurants as he possibly could, until he finally found his own culinary voice, his signature cuisine.
Bricio has been invited to share his experiences at several universities and culinary institutes, and has worked alongside world-class chefs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. In 2006, Bricio made a special visit to Spain, where he was invited to the Viñas del Vero Vineyards, in Barbastro, to participate in a Mexican-Spanish-Mediterranean signature cuisine event, to create a harmonious fusion of flavors with the great wines of the Vero. At the end of his stay, in San Sebastián, he cooked with one of Spain's finest, Chef Juan Mari Arzak.
