Still, there are a few dishes that have become a
tradition at El Jardín de los Milagros, and which will
always be on the menu. These include the “Mahi
mahi in cilantro sauce with Spanish pistachio and
apple", one of the chef's favorites and a
perennial hit with restaurant goers.

"Fine cuisine begins at a quality market"

El Jardín de los Milagros features dishes you'll find nowhere else. Here's a sampling:

Pork sirloin in a smoked blackberry sauce, with red wine, chipotle chile and kiwi.
Beef stew with wild boar and banana ice cream.
Duck in sirloin steak sauce with cherry and pineapple.
Fillet of cod in creamed sweet pepper sauce with guava.
Three lettuce salad with sherry jocoque yogurt, honey, almonds and mango tears.
Pork ribs in smoked pineapple sauce with rosemary.
Rib of lamb in mint sauce with leek.
Shrimp with wild artichokes and a whiskey garlic sauce.
Trout fillet with mango strips and a sherry chipotle sauce.

Day after day, chef Bricio Domínguez surprises
his guests with new creations, and the restaurant
menu changes 10 times every year.
